AI for growing companies

Put AI to work professionally. Stay in control.

Many employees already see what tools like ChatGPT can do. But scattered use does not make your company as a whole any smarter. Opery shows where AI can deliver a lasting advantage and builds what it takes. You decide what happens to your data and keep control over access, knowledge and key decisions.

Direct contact with the people who do the work. Understand first, build second.

Where control slips away

Your company has outgrown its overview.

For growing companies that now have more systems, suppliers and departments than management can easily oversee. What was once convenient quietly becomes expensive, opaque or fragile.

01

Management information is spread across several systems and has to be combined by hand.

02

Employees enter the same data in different places or keep searching for the same information.

03

Licences, plugins and suppliers keep running without a clear view of what is still needed.

04

Key knowledge, access or management sits with a single employee or outside party.

05

AI is already used here and there, but it is not yet a controlled part of how the business runs.

One question, two routes

Instant insight into everything

What are these costs actually for? Are we still paying for something we no longer use? How are the projects doing? For every answer you first go to a colleague, who then pieces it together from different systems.

Now

  1. Director
  2. Head of department
  3. Colleague
  4. ExcelAccountingPlanningEmail
  5. Answer

An answer after asking around and merging by hand. Often already out of date.

With Opery

  1. Director
  2. One overview = answer

Instant, self-service, with live figures from your own systems. So you can steer instead of asking around.

Your people keep doing the work. They just no longer have to be the company’s search engine.

One manageable overview is one possible outcome. For another company the first value may lie in cost savings, a portal, process improvement or a targeted AI application.

How you start

A scan as a starting point, or straight to work.

You do not need to know in advance which route fits. We start with what your organisation needs — not automatically with new software.

01

No clear starting point

Opery Scan

We map your systems, costs, information flows and management questions. So you see what is possible and where the first improvement adds the most value.

  • A clear view of your digital landscape, costs and possible waste
  • Around five concrete opportunities, including promising AI applications
  • Priorities and advice, with a price indication for the best first step

Delivered within fifteen working days once the agreed information is available and the interviews are scheduled.

02

Already a concrete challenge

Targeted research or straight to delivery

Then that is where we start. We research the challenge in a targeted way, or make a delivery proposal right away if it is already clear what is needed.

  • A dashboard or manageable overview
  • A portal or system integration
  • Optimisation, automation or a targeted AI application

We decide together which route fits in a first, no-obligation conversation.

You do not have to come up with the technical solution yourself.

AI as a business advantage

Get ahead with AI. Stay in control.

Tools like ChatGPT already help employees with emails, analyses and ideas. But scattered prompts and separate accounts do not make your company as a whole any smarter.

Opery identifies where AI can add practical value, builds the chosen application and makes sure data, access and human oversight are clear from the start.

That way your organisation builds experience now, in a controlled way, instead of reacting only when change becomes unavoidable.

  • From a concrete opportunity to a working application
  • Clear agreements on data, services and access
  • Your people stay in control of key decisions

AI under control

Clear in advance how AI works with your data.

For every application we agree in advance which data and services are needed, who has access, where a person decides, and what happens on handover or when we stop.

01

Data & services

You know which data is used, where it is processed and which external services are involved.

02

Accounts & access

Access is set up deliberately and is no broader or longer than the application needs.

03

Human oversight

We agree which outcomes need review and which decisions stay with your people.

04

Handover & exit

It is clear in advance what happens to data, accounts, code and documentation when the collaboration ends.

What it delivers

From fragmentation to control.

Not technology for its own sake. Every improvement has to make a noticeable difference to daily operations.

Overview

Relevant information in one place, so you see sooner what is going on and where action is needed.

Lower costs

Unnecessary licences, duplicated work and costly dependencies become visible and open to discussion.

Ownership

A grip on data, access, management and knowledge — so your organisation can make its own decisions.

Progress

Practical automation and AI where they genuinely help, without losing sight of continuity.

Work in practice

Not a story about the future.
This is happening now.

Three real companies, three different challenges. The common thread: putting technology to practical use and making the organisation more self-reliant.

These cases are deliberately anonymised. We do not show screenshots of the live dashboards and portals, because they contain confidential company and customer data.

01

Leasing & mobility

Leasing company

One portal for the organisation and its customers.

Company information is now available to employees in one central place. Customers have their own secure environment showing their quotes, the status of their application, their current car, contract and previous contact.

  • Internal information available centrally
  • Customers follow their own lease file
  • Staff and customers see the same up-to-date context
02

Automotive

Automotive company

A company-wide overview from separate systems.

Accounting, Google Analytics, workshop software and other sources have been brought together in one dashboard. The website no longer runs on WordPress: the paid plugins are no longer needed and the organisation manages much more itself.

  • Information from several sources in one dashboard
  • More work managed in-house
  • Less standalone software and fewer recurring costs
03

Maritime engineering

Maritime technology company

A more independent digital and IT landscape.

The website is being moved off WordPress, and the IT landscape has been mapped systematically, partly using the IT provider’s invoices. This revealed Microsoft licences still running for former employees, and management fees for things that were no longer needed. A paid cookie and plugin solution was also identified as a concrete saving.

  • Hidden, avoidable costs uncovered
  • Less dependence on external IT management
  • More control over the website, accounts and licences

What is possible

Your challenge determines what we improve.

We do not automatically add new software. Sometimes connecting is the answer. Sometimes simplifying. Sometimes we build something that does not exist yet.

01

Insight & costs

We map systems, subscriptions, access, data and recurring work. That shows where money leaks away or risk builds up.

IT landscape · licences · process analysis
02

Overview & connection

We connect existing sources and make the right information usable in a dashboard or secure portal.

Dashboards · portals · integrations
03

Automation & AI

We take repetitive steps out of processes and use AI where it demonstrably saves time or enables better decisions.

Workflows · document processing · assistants
04

Independence & continuity

We set up solutions so that ownership, access and management are clear. Your organisation has to be able to carry on with them.

Websites · handover · documentation

Where you start, and where it can go

Start with an overview. Grow at your own pace.

Every step delivers something on its own. After each step you decide whether to continue.

The scan shows where the most value lies. Often one overview is the logical first step; sometimes an improvement can be carried out right away.

  1. 01

    Opery Scan

See what is possible. We map systems, costs, information flows and ways of working, for example using your invoices. We also name promising AI applications and determine what a first step is worth.

  2. 02

    Control layer

Build one manageable overview. The first version answers the questions you now ask by phone or email. Nothing more, and therefore fast.

  3. 03

    Optimise

Improve information, reporting and ways of working. Whatever is duplicated, unused or expired, such as licences, subscriptions and contracts, becomes visible along the way.

  4. 04

    Automate

Remove proven manual work. We build the chosen automation or AI application when it demonstrably helps and fits how the business runs.

  5. 05

    Expand

More departments, locations or a portal for your customers, on the same foundation.
